Therapy Services
Thomas K. Perdue, Psy.D. LP
Many adults struggle with anxiety or depression, which can significantly affect their lives. These symptoms can also affect relationships with family, friends, and coworkers. I specialize in working with anxiety and mood disorders, and approach my work with adults from a cognitive-behavioral model. My goal is to improve your quality of life and overall happiness by giving you the tools necessary to manage your day-to-day life.

I also specialize in working with children and adolescents. My work with families has allowed parents to identify concerns they have with their children while reinforcing strengths. My aim is to improve your child's social skills, emotional coping, confidence, and self-esteem. I also aim to improve positive relationships among family members.
